Question 1

How do I connect my screen name?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings → Screen Names (or click the + button on the My Stats page), pick your site, and type your username. You can register as many aliases as you need across different sites.

Question 2

Which poker sites are supported?

Accepted Answer

Winamax, PokerStars, GGPoker, and WPN (Americas Cardroom). If you use the same username across sites, you can toggle which aliases are included in your stats at any time.

Question 3

How often do my stats update?

Accepted Answer

Stats refresh automatically every time new hands are imported. ClickHouse materialized views recompute your aggregates within seconds of the import finishing.

Question 4

Can I customize which widgets appear?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose from profit charts, ROI / ITM trackers, player stat tiles, and trend widgets. Drag to arrange, resize to fit, and save your layout - or switch between presets with one click.

Question 5

Which plan includes My Stats?

Accepted Answer

Pro and Premium both include My Stats on your own hands, with 30+ advanced stats, unlimited widgets, and deep filtering (by stake, position, stack depth, pot type, and more).

Question 6

How fast is the search?

Accepted Answer

Fast enough that you won't notice. Matches appear as you type, ranked by sample size so the most studied players surface first.

Question 7

Which sites can I search across?

Accepted Answer

Winamax, PokerStars, GGPoker, and WPN (Americas Cardroom). If a player used the same username on multiple sites, they appear once with combined stats.

Question 8

Are the stats always up to date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stats are recomputed by ClickHouse materialized views on every hand import. Minutes after your session ends, the hands you just played appear in every search that includes those opponents.

Question 9

What if I can't find a specific player?

Accepted Answer

They haven't been imported yet. Upload a hand history where they appear and they'll be searchable as soon as the import finishes. Hand histories you upload only surface players you've already played against.

Question 10

Which plan includes Player Search?

Accepted Answer

Pro and Premium both open the full database with unlimited searches plus 30+ advanced stats on every result.

Question 11

Which plan includes the replayer?

Accepted Answer

Every plan. You can replay any hand you have access to and share it with anyone.

Question 12

Can people view a shared hand without signing up?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A shared hand link opens the replayer directly - no account required to view. Great for coaching, forum posts, and study groups with mixed tools.

Question 13

Does it work on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The replayer is fully responsive. Stacks, boards, and controls scale down to phone-sized screens, so you can review hands on the go.

Question 14

Which hands can I replay?

Accepted Answer

Any hand you've imported, plus any hand shared with you by link. Premium unlocks deep filters so you can pull up exactly the hands you want - by position, pot type, board texture, and more.

Question 15

Can I see my opponent's hole cards?

Accepted Answer

When the hand went to showdown, yes - the cards are in the history. A toggle lets you decide whether to see them from the start of replay or only when they're revealed.

Question 16

How is this different from a GTO solver?

Accepted Answer

A GTO solver tells you what a theoretically perfect player would do. The Decision Tree tells you what this specific player actually did - across every hand in their history. You use GTO to know the baseline; you use the tree to exploit the deviation.

Question 17

What sample size do I need for a frequency to be meaningful?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the dimension. Preflop frequencies (open / 3-bet / call) stabilize around 200–500 hands. Turn and river frequencies filtered by board texture need 1,000+ to trust. Every cell shows the underlying sample so you always know how much weight to put on it.

Question 18

Can I see the hands behind any frequency?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Click any cell in the tree and the replayer opens with the exact hands that make up the number. No export step, no manual SQL - click-through from aggregate to action.

Question 19

How current is the data?

Accepted Answer

ClickHouse materialized views recompute the tree on every hand import. Minutes after your session ends, the hands you just played against an opponent are already reflected in their tree.

Question 20

What sites are the hands sourced from?

Accepted Answer

Currently Winamax, with PokerStars and GGPoker being added. Every hand in the population study comes from real tournaments - no simulated data, no theoretical ranges.

Question 21

Is this anonymized?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Individual player identities are never exposed in population views. You see aggregate frequencies across the field, not who played which hand.

Question 22

Can I filter by stake?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Buy-in ranges are a filter dimension - study low-stakes tendencies separately from high-stakes, or compare the two side by side.

Question 23

How is this different from the Decision Tree?

Accepted Answer

The Decision Tree is player-specific - how one opponent plays. Strategy is field-wide - how the entire pool plays every line. Use one to exploit a player, the other to set your default strategy.

Question 24

How fresh is the data?

Accepted Answer

ClickHouse materialized views recompute the population aggregates continuously as new hands are imported. The numbers you see reflect the last completed import.
